Arcade Fire Bring the Big Sound to Greek

Arcade Fire sounded better live than on their two CDs in Saturday's show at the Greek Theater. I argued with post-party cohorts that they were better than the last big sound band I saw at the Greek, Radio Head. AF had a little more rhythm and melody, perhaps, for my pop-tuned ears.

Besides, any band that conjures up memories of the aural onslaught of Dexy's Midnight Runners (without covering some of their silly songs) is awesome!
